In 2016, Baron Ndut's started as a humble roadside street cart in Banyuwangi. Armed with a passion for wood-fire cooking, we served handmade burgers and flame-kissed steaks under a simple red tent.
Today, that street food dream has grown into 3 signature destination outlets and a luxury Private BBQ Catering service — preserving our original smoky soul in every single dish we craft.
